Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for the Property Accountant at SosaJB Property Management Corp. This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Accountant. The Property Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting duties such as financial statements, journal entries, financial reporting, and other related tasks to ensure accurate and timely financial information for the company. Basic Salary: Php. 25,000 - Php. 30,000.
Qualifications
Candidate must be familiar with Tax Submission, preparations and other BIR compliances
Responsible in Journal Entries and Accounting
Experience in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Experience in property management industry a plus, or any Accounting firm.
Financial Statements and Accounting skills
Experience in maintaining accruals
Strong analytical and finance skills
Ability to work in a team and independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience in property management or real estate industries is a plus
Knowledge in GAAP
