All necessary accounting assistance to the Property Managers and Client
Ensure timely and accurate monthly disbursement
Ensure correct and accurate financial reports
Assist property manager / finance manager and clients on their inquiries
Internal audit compliance reports
Preparation of reports for financial reporting
Assist Property Manager on the documentations
Assist on site accountant on annual financial audit
Assists in preparation and presentation of monthly reports
Assist in forecasting the schedule for internal audit compliance
Preparation of collection/demand letters for delinquent accounts
Carry out any other duties instructed by the Property Manager / Finance Manager
Assists in facilitating transitions for newly acquired clients
Assists in turnover process for outgoing projects
