Job Description:
The position is responsible for the accounting side of the property, such as financial transactions, financial reports, and the following;
- Assist the property manager in budget preparations
- Prepares monthly billing statements to tenants
- Prepares payment request, check vouchers for payment to suppliers/clients
- Prepares certificate of creditable tax withheld
- Responsible in securing all accounts and all collected payments (rentals, utilities, others)
- Prepares monthly billing statements to tenants
- Prepares financial reports to be submitted regularly
Qualifications:
- BS Accountancy (CPA)
- at least 2 years of experience in the related field (General accounting)
- works independently with minimum supervision
- Computer literate, proficient in spreadsheets software
- Keen on details
- good communication skills
- with experience in the financial management of a Condo Corp
