Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
Preferably CPA or have a Master's Degree
At least 1-2 years of related work experience as Accounting Officer/Accountant
Has background in Property Management Industry
Knowledgeable in accounting system and Microsoft Office Application
Able to work independently and under pressure
Must be keen to details
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Can work with minimum supervision and under pressure
Mentally and physically fit
Willing to work on extended hours
