• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Preferably CPA or have a master's degree
• At least 2-3 years of related work experience as Accounting Officer/Accountant
• Has background in Property Management Industry
• Knowledgeable in the Preparation of Financial Statement, Accounting system and Microsoft Office Application
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Must be keen to details
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Can work with minimum supervision and under pressure
• Mentally and physically fit
• Must be honest.
• With good moral character
