Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Project Systems Integration Supervisor, the successful candidate will perform the following:
Checks the correctness and completeness of theconcurred Final Bid Price Schedule (BPS);
Forwards to PCEDif contract costs in the validated Final BPS are within the acceptable costranges;
Prepares PR SAP structure, verifies andassigns the appropriate CY budget allocation, etc
Initiaterequest of GRIR balance to Finance-GATD;
Conductsanalysis of data entries with at hand documents; shipping documents and WACdocuments to identify GRIR for adjustment, GRIR requiring WAC and GRIR subjectfor invoicing;
Prepares reportand properly coordinates ensure closure of outstanding GRIRs;
Coordinates and requests copy of Structure List Reports for loading andencoding to SAP Project System for Finance reference in the unitization;
Gather all PRgenerated from all Head Office P&E New and Variation Order Projects, updated report on GRIR Balance congruent to Finance GRIR Balance Report and all Structure List Loaded in SAP PS System andinput in the database;
Attends meetings and conferences relative to project and project systems functions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance & It related course
Applicable Licensed (EE)
Two (2) years relevant experience in document administration and control in power industry
Basic knowledge in Project Management fundamentals
Knowledgeable in SAP
Intermediate skills in MS Office applications
Proficiency in both English and Filipino
