Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Project Systems Integration , the successful Supervisor, the successful candidate will perform the following:
Reviews the correctness and completeness of theconcurred Final Bid Price Schedule (BPS);
Coordinates with PCED on the timely responses for the acceptability ofcost ranges and initiates resolutions with different groups but not limited toECMD, SMCG and Finance Group regarding pay items with clarifications;
Reviews the preparation of PR SAP structure, verifies and assigns appropriate CY budget allocation, etc;
Prepares and consolidates the Purchase Requisitions (PR) for P&EHead Office New and Variation Projects;
Counter checks if the GRIR done by Warehouse Management Department andService Entry done by Cost Control section is in accordance with the ShippingDocuments and WAC provided respectively;
Review of the Report of GRIR vs Paid Items; Review and recommends GRIR for adjustment;
Reviews the analysis of data entries with at handdocuments; shipping documents and WAC documents to identify GRIR foradjustment, GRIR requiring WAC and GRIR subject for invoicing;
Reviews related reports and initiates resolutionsto ensure closure of outstanding GRIR in coordination w
Ensures timely updating of Structure List Reportin the SAP-PS Module.
Analyzes and assesses PSIS database and recommendsimprovement to the process of PR preparations and closure of outstanding GRIR
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance & IT related Course
Licensed Engineer
Three (3) years of relevant experience in document administration and control in power industry
Knowledge in Project Management fundamentals
Advance knowledge in SAP modules
Proficient in using MS Office applications
Written proficiency in both English and Filipino
