- Licensed Civil Engineer/Architect
- Computer literate
- With minimum 5 years' extensive experience as Project Superintendent in vertical construction
- Strong leadership skills as Project Superintendent that can wisely lead people under him
- Should be knowledgeable in Project's Profit and loss Reports
- Must have a strong representation w/ client and sub-contractors
- Must possess an unquestionable integrity
- Good communication skills both written and oral
- Exposure in horizontal construction is an added advantage
- Must be willing to work in Bohol
