QUALIFICATIONS
A graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering , building science or relevant field.
With at least 5 years of work experience as project manager and in similar management role. Experience in construction is a plus.
In depth with knowledge of construction process, materials and project management principles.
Must have strong personality and can handle pressure graciously.
Proficient in Microsoft Offices.
Familiarity on quality and health and safety standards.
Extremely organized and focused.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
A team player with leadership principles.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
Ability to motivate and keep staff on task .
Deadline driven and willing to render extended work.
Must gave complete government numbers.
Can start immediately.
