Job Mission/Purpose:
Responsible for all technical and engineering aspects of his assigned projects. Plan, schedule, predict, and manage all the technical tasks of his assigned projects to assure accuracy, proper resources, and quality from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Construction Management of Site Development, Facilities and Structures.
Full coordination with project consultants, contractors, suppliers, service providers and LGU during project implementation
Proper interpretation and implementation of construction plans in accordance to construction standards and methodology.
Reporting/Presentation of project status (construction accomplishment and cost)
Scheduling and update of project construction schedule.
Setting standards for the project, in accordance to project requirements, building codes/laws and local govt. ordinances
Leadership in providing technical solutions and value engineering, to derive an optimized project cost.
Estimate or costing of required project scope of works.
Requirements:
College graduate in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architecture, or any equivalent courses
Min. Five (5) years of experience in Civil/Structural Engineering and Construction Management
Board Passer in Civil / Structural Engineering or any equivalent courses
Experience in design and development process for infrastructure projects (commercial, industrial, airports, towers and the like)
Knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Civil 3D/architectural desktop and Auto Cad.
Familiarity with building codes and local govt. construction requirements/ordinances
Ability to communicate well - both oral and written
Ability to prepare cost estimates and construction scheduling
