Day-to-day site operations and overseeing- execution of structural, civil and architectural works according to plan
Supervising manpower and trade contractors, implementation of policies, rules and regulations, drafting as built-plans.
Coordinate efficiently with clients on requirements and updates;
Coordinate with Engineering Team and attend regular weekly project management meetings as representative of the Design Team
Conduct site visits and as-built measurements of current and existing projects
Ensure quality control over the works being rendered by the Design Team
Assist in the preparation of required plans and documents for building permit purposes, in coordination with the Compliance Officer
Monitor tasks and schedules to ensure that deadlines will be duly accomplished
