PROJECT SITE / CIVIL ENGINEER
 
Job Descriptions:
Prepares schedule and actual accomplishment of a project     
Communicates with project consultant and owner regarding the status and problems encountered in the project
Prepares materials estimate
Prepares all correspondences for the project
Updates the delivery and withdrawal of materials at the project site
Prepares and submits weekly work schedule to project consultant
Takes charge of manpower and equipment utilization
Check and confirm the accuracy of payroll summary for site staff
Liquidates cash expenses appropriately and on time
Motivates and instills discipline in personnel in project sites
Accomplishes disciplinary and grievance reports following already set procedures
Charged directly responsible for the management and planning of particular project
To watch and inspect the construction and assure that it is done in full accordance with the plans and specifications
Meet with the General Contractor to keep the project on time and on budget
Performs other relevant tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
Male/Female     
A licensed Civil Engineer
With at least 3 years relevant work experience
Physically healthy
Honest and hardworking
Willing to be assigned anywhere in Visayas & Mindanao
Available for immediate hiring
Asphalting experienced is a plus

2 to 4 Years Experience
