PROJECT SCHEDULER
Duties:
Develop a comprehensive project schedule
Coordinate all elements involved in the completion of a project
Communicate with contract, construction, and operations personnel
Manage project budgets and costs
Review performance reports, identify problems, and propose solutions
Maintains and updates cost loaded, critical path network project schedules for projects.
Interacts with project managers and project team members to provide basic analysis and standard reporting of project cost and schedule status.
Observe quality assurance and quality control during the periodic update process to ensure cost loaded schedules and associated reports accurately reflect the current status of projects.
Monitor all construction timeline of housing project, amenities, land development, and subdivision utilities.
Generate weekly and monthly construction update.
Coordinates of planning and consultant for verification of Construction Plans, RFA, RFI.
Attend weekly coordination meeting with CM Group, Contractors, Safety and Security.
Review and validate all construction cost of site.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (Preferably licensed)
Knowledge of construction methods and technologies
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
3+ years of experience in construction scheduling
Experience working on multi-phase or large-scale construction projects
Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role. Specific experience must align with project needs.
Skills and Abilities:
Proficient in MS Primavera P6
Proficient in AutoCAD
