JOB SPECIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
Licensed Civil Engineer or Mechanical Engineer
EXPERIENCE:
At least 3 years-experience in EPC project planning and scheduling methodology.
Experience in Primavera or Microsoft project software implementation.
Experience in creating milestone schedules and S-curves.
Experience in Manpower and Equipment standard costing for construction projects.
Familiar with Critical path methods for EPC projects.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
In charge of developing and maintaining a project planning and scheduling methodology for use in Engineering Services for projects for construction and commissioning
Assist in the implementation of Project plans and Schedules for the Owner's engineers at the site.
Assist in the monitoring of material and equipment scheduling for the proper implementation of the Work schedules of project construction.
Monitors and records activities and milestone targets in ongoing projects.
Reports Key performance indexes, percentage accomplishments, and slippages of projects.
Assist the Senior Project Controls manager with milestones and S-Curve preparation.
Assist the Senior Project Controls Engineer in preparing Commissioning plans and Schedules.
Assist the Senior Contracts manager in the evaluation of project work accomplishment and issues on project billing.
Adjust and update project plans and records regularly.
Keep a record of all the project plans and schedules.
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time concerning the job function.
