Support PM in the coordination of Project Schedule and Cost.
Monitor the EPC on its timeline and deliverables.
Monitor and track project progress and prepare daily / weekly / monthly updates of the project.
Develop and maintain summary level schedule reports: Gantt, milestone charts, priority based resources allocation, performance variances, and to support cost / schedule integration.
Support the Project management team in the planning, tracking of project schedule status, including dashboard maintenance.
Attend scheduled meeting.
Maintain accurate records/paper works.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Specifications:
Must be a graduate of Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil Engineering
PRC license required
Must have 3 years related experience
Proficient in MS Office
Good office management skills
Verbal & written communication
High level of accuracy and keen to details with strong analytical & numerical skills.
Willingness to learn and trained.
