A home-grown Cebuano brand, Cebu Home and Builders Centre was born from the roots of its mother company, Cebu Oversea Hardware Co., Inc. The first branch located at A.S. Fortuna St., Banilad, Mandaue City is the company ' s main branch with the largest array of D.I.Y. materials and consists of its own bath showroom for the higher end market. As the years passed, other branches were constructed in different strategic locations in Cebu to provide wider and better service for the market, namely in Mactan, Consolacion, Minglanilla, N. Bacalso and its latest store in Carcar.

Duties and Responsibilities
Leads a team of Sales Representatives.
Develops effective sales strategies tailored to fit the unique needs of the building construction industry.
Identifies target projects, segments the market, and creates action plan to maximize sales opportunities.
Develops and maintains strong client relationship.
Qualifications:
A graduate of any Business- or Marketing and Sales-related course
At least 5 years of sales experience
Very good leadership skills
Excellent customer relations and negotiation skills
