Description
This position will be mainly responsible for overseeing the other Quantity Surveyors in doing the following QS works:
•Estimates
•Quantity Take-off
•Cost Engineering
•Cost Analysis
•Contract, Packaging and Procurement Planning
•Bidding/ Procurement
•Contract Documentation
•QC Post-contract works
•Other related tasks
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Must be a graduate of BS in Civil Engineering
•Proficient in MS Office Applications
•With at least 3 years experience or knowledge in Quantity Surveying for PQS level
•Experience in High Rise or Land Development is a plus
•Proficient in MS Office Applications, especially in MS Excel
•With good interpersonal communication skills both oral and written
•Has the ability to manage time to strictly meet project deadlines
•Must be willing to be assigned in different locations for work

Availability for change of residence: Yes
