PROJECT OFFICER (CSA)
About the role
The Project Officer (CSA) is responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of structural components in various projects, ensuring safety, functionality, and sustainability. This role requires strong technical expertise, creativity, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
What you'll be doing
Coordinating and monitoring project progress, including tracking timelines, budgets, and key milestones
Liaising with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and problem-solving
Identifying and mitigating potential risks, and implementing appropriate contingency plans
Preparing and presenting progress reports, project updates, and other relevant documentation
Supporting the project management team in the planning, implementation, and completion of construction projects
Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety, legal, and regulatory requirements
Providing administrative support, such as document management and record-keeping
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Project Officer or in a similar construction management role, ideally within the last 3-5 years
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
Proficient in using project management software and tools, such as SAP Business One.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively
A bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
Familiarity with construction industry regulations, standards, and best practices
