PROJECT NURSE
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists emergency response at the project site.
Acts as a first aider on site.
Documentation of medical records (injuries and illnesses).
Controls Medical supplies and medicines at the project site
Participate in health maintenance examination.
To perform work activities which are within the scope allowed by the nursing profession, and if more extensive examinations are needed, refer the same to the physician.
Participate in the maintenance of occupational safety and health by giving suggestions in the improvement of working environment affecting the health and well-being of the workers.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Nursing
Candidate must possess Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Nursing
Preferably with BOSH/COSH or OHNAP Certificate and Updated in First Aid Training Course
Experienced Onsite Nurse in a construction.
Must be proficient with MS Office
Must be flexible with work location
Willing to start ASAP
