Job Qualification:
Candidate must be a Registered Nurse.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this
position.
Must be willing to be assigned in Tagbilaran, Bohol.
Resident of Tagbilaran Bohol is an advantage.
Preferably with COSH/BOSH or OHNAP.
Can start ASAP.
Work in a professional manner and maintain good relationships with program
facility staff.
Responsible for providing general first aid when needed, along with assessing
employee health risks, educating and promoting employee health.
COVID19 Protocol Implementation and Policy.
Participate in training, testing, and review of data containing to health &
Safety.
Utilize study data and keep safely for entry into the data system.
Ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of data collection
activities.
Provide weekly update to the Safety Officer in Charge and Project Manager/In-
Charge on enrolment progress of study participants and advise of any implementation.
Ensure accurate and complete recording of data or works.
Monitor the progress of study implementation activities; develop and maintain records of study activities as required.
Maintain accurate files and records, both electronic and manual.
Timekeeping functions
Monitor daily attendance of personnel in their respective areas and manpower headcount.
Prepare the daily attendance record of all staff and workers.
In-charge in the time in and time out of personnel on daily time record and
timesheet.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma in Nursing
Must be a Registered Nurse
Updated Red Cross Occupational First-Aid BLS and CPR
Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
PRC License (Preferred)
