QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must be a Registered Nurse with related work experience
Must have a BASIC LIFE SUPPORT & FIRST AID TRAINING
Must have an OHNAP Training
COMPETENCIES:
Able to work with minimal supervision.
Can start immediately upon notice of hiring.
Computer Literate ( PROFICIENT IN WORD,EXCEL & POWERPOINT)
Willing to be assigned in project assignment
CAN START ASAP
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Attend to medical emergencies at site
Prepares accident reports (clinical report).
Assist in disseminating EHSS programs at the project site
Monitor the implementation of the OSH Procedures & Safety Plan at project site.
Monitor project site compliance with standards and procedures promulgated by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Bureau of Working Conditions, Health and Safety Division.
Assist Safety Officer in conducting Safety Educational training / orientation for all levels at the project site prior to work.
Assist Safety Officer in conducting daily safety inspections in the work place to ensure protection of the workers and environment.
Assist Safety Officer in conducting daily exercises and conduct health talks in general toolbox meetings.
Performs task in accordance with the process defined in the EHSS Manual.
Perform other tasks as instructed by the immediate Head
