Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Nursing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement wellness and health program
Administer first aid treatments and proper medications to employees as needed
Maintain medical and other related records of all employees
Organize regular medical examinations of all employees
Investigate and report on all serious/critical personal injury accidents occurring to employees
Assist in the investigation of all accidents/incidents that result in substantial damage to vehicles and property
Investigate and report on complaints of hazardous working conditions
Conduct toolbox meeting for management, supervisors and workers on health and safety practices
Inspect machinery and equipment to make sure they meet safety regulations
Performs other duties and responsibilities that maybe required from time to time.
