Job Description
Project Planning: Develop project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
Team Leadership: Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams. Clearly communicate project goals, roles, responsibilities, and expectations. Motivate team members and foster a collaborative working environment.
Execution and Monitoring: Oversee the day-to-day execution of the project plan. Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project goals are met. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, project management, engineering, etc.).
Proven experience as a project manager
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Must independently have lead 2 complete project, and familiar with FIDIC and GCC contract
