PROJECT MANAGER
 
Skilled and Knowledgeable  with equipment operation with in terms to productivity ratesusing  common construction  tools, plant or equipment as:
Excavating and hauling equipment Backhoes, skid loaders, pay loaders dump trucks …others
Backfilling, compacting and levelling equipment as: 
Roller compactors, paving graders, tamping rammers,  plate compactors others
Lifting, loading and unloading equipments as:    
Mobile cranes, tower cranes, boom trucks lifter, others
Forms system : able to quickly analyze applicable forms system needed for the site and properly assess requirements in the use to assure safety and\ quality of concrete in place.
Concreting as:  truck mixers, pumcrete ( line or mobile), vibrating  tools.
Skilled and knowledgeable with the art and science of coordinating with :
People – able to assess and evaluate right people for the job and motivate – drive individual to perform well and maximize productivity.
Ability to plan ahead or formulate materials procurement  plant, tools and required manpower skills, schedules tofinish works at a specified time and schedule.
Able to evaluate and assess works within specified time and within approved cost.
Primary Function
Planning – focused on works to be done.
Establish objectives and goals clearly on works to be done.
Involving everybody in the planning and estimating process. Establish clear milestones, making clear to everybody target dates of completion.
Build adequate contingency plans in case future problem arises.
Agreement with concerned parties whenever there is project change.
Disseminate project plan.
Organizing - group skills, talent and ability to perform specific functions to include equipment mobility schedules and coordination for a planned task.
Staffing – should be able to identify personnel requirement to qualifications needed to an assigned task to include schedules of deployment. Cost to deploy personnel within the approved budget will be consideredto include qualified personnel to handle specific jobs.
Directing and controlling – should be able to give clear instructions, directions as regarding to inter-phasing  ofworks, delivery of materials at a specified time. Controlling to include recommendations for value engineering or any acceptable engineering standards involving cost, accepted methodology onworks. Controlling not limited to directions of work that would result to positive output.
Technical Review on Plans and Specifications – should be able to read, comprehend, interpret technical aspect of plans and directs subordinates for proper coordination with Design Consultants, Owners representativesand Trade-cons.
Performs other tasks as may be assigned to you by immediate superior from time to time.
