JOB DESCRIPTION
Planning and executing project schedules and timelines, ensuring compliance with building codes, safety standards, and other regulations, handling site inspections and quality control; Oversee all the technical aspects of the project; managing project budgets and expenses; coordinating with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process, maintaining project documentation and reporting progress to stakeholders, providing technical guidance and support to other team members.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A graduate of Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering
Handled both Private and Government projects (e.g. in gov't client: DPWH, LGU, DOH)
At least 5 years of work experience in horizontal and vertical construction projects (Road concreting, drainage, STP, residential, MPBs, High-rise)
With work experience in structural and finishing works
Licensed Civil engineer
Preferred Sustaining Technical Engineer (STE)
Preferred Materials engineer
