PROJECT MANAGER
 
Job Description:
 
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee projects related to product and process engineering in our manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects involving wood, metal, and electronics, and will be adept at leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
 
Responsibilities:
Develop detailed project plans and schedules, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless execution of projects
Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies to address potential delays or issues
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to stay on schedule and within budget
Collaborate with vendors to manage inventory and logistics, ensuring timely delivery of raw materials
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in project management within the manufacturing industry
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
Ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions to optimize project outcomes
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
