PROJECT MANAGER
 
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
Create detailed project plans, defining tasks, timelines, and resources required.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
Lead project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans.
Track project progress and performance, using appropriate tools and techniques.
Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
Facilitate meetings with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor project risks and implement contingency plans as necessary.
Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
Monitor project expenditures and perform cost analysis to ensure profitability.
Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.
Conduct regular quality checks and inspections of materials and workmanship.
Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring collaboration and effective communication.
Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility within the project team.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, plans, and schedules.
Prepare and present project reports to management and stakeholders.
Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A licensed Civil Engineer
With experience in construction company
Proficiency in software such as Auto CAD/Civil 3D
With good technical knowledge in aluminum and glass systems
Can develop master plan, BOMBOQ and can lead the construction team during scheduling and execution
