THE OPPORTUNITY: PROJECT MANAGER
 
Responsible for managing special projects and coordinating the activities of the operations in the planning, development and implementation of the project.
 
WHAT IT TAKES:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in project management, process improvement, or related roles.
Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects and driving process optimization.
Familiarity with process automation tools and techniques is an advantage.
Strong leadership skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
WORK SETUP
100% Non-voice accounts
Day shift from 7 AM - 4 PM
Fixed weekends off
