Education: College Graduate: Bachelor's degree
Experience: At least 3 years relevant experience
JOB SUMMARY:
The property Manager is involved in all aspects such as but not limited to the day-to-day operations of the property, including accounting, tenant relations, maintenance and repair, security, janitorial services, sourcing of potential tenants,etc. He/She handles tenant complaints and service requests, and must be familiar with the terms of tenant leases. Reports financial performance of the property and performs administrative and clerical tasks.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Attracts new tenants through advertising, property viewings and encouraging referrals.
2. Creates a detailed and visually appealing listings of idle properties for sale and posts it on prominent real estate websites or other social media platforms to source potential buyers.
3. Entertains potential LESSEES, show them vacant spaces and answers queries
4. Supervises janitor, security guards, gardener on their daily tasks in Victory.
5. Monitors the common area of the building every morning to check if its clean and maintained properly
6. Responds and addresses tenant complaints/concerns and inspecting vacated units
7. Approves work permits and prepares memo when needed
