JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in project management and 5 years of managerial capacity.
It’s a MUST that candidate has experience in handling corporate programs such as but not limited to privilege card, loyalty programs and other value-based programs.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in related operations. Other industry is also acceptable.
Manage and responsible for the implementation and growth of the TSM Privilege Card
Lead program and facilitate the communication, promotion, and interaction among stakeholders.
Develop new programs in relation to Seafarers welfare to tie up with the Privilege Card.
Develop and introduce an effective digital transformation program for the Privilege Card.
Provide timely and adequate project management reports to the management
Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved
To handle possible global projects based on management plans.
Work hand in hand with Marketing team as needed.
Manage the day-to-day detailed aspects of multiple projects.
Other tasks that maybe assigned by your superior from time to time related to sea farer programs/welfare 
JOB QUALIFICATION
Graduate of Management or any related course
With 10 years or more experience in Porject Management, preferrably in a shipping industry
