Key Responsibilities
 
Prepare and Support Jobs:
Liaise with wholesalers for stock enquiries to ensure our team has everything they need for seamless installations.
Connect with customers to confirm job details, ensuring they're informed and satisfied.
Coordinate closely with our Installation Manager and Operations Manager to assign the right team to the right job, every time.
Provide vital administration support during jobs, keeping everything running smoothly.
Post Job Checks:
Ensure accuracy in Daily Job Reports and Safe Work Method Statements, making sure our team stays safe and compliant.
Monitor installer timekeeping, ensuring accurate clocking on and off for every job.
Assign Jobs:
Handle job administration, including preparing job packs, scheduling, and updating our CRM system to keep everyone in the loop.
Compliance Management:
Ensure installer accreditations and training meet Australian Standards, keeping us compliant and top-notch in the industry.
Social Media Management:
Take charge of our social media presence by managing and scheduling posts that resonate with our audience.
Additional Responsibilities:
Support metre upgrades and manage the process from start to finish.
Handle inbound leads, ensuring they're registered and followed up on promptly.

Proven experience in Project Management
A strong customer service focus with both internal and external stakeholders.
Adaptability to thrive in a changing landscape.
A networking pro who knows how to build and maintain relationships.
Attention to detail that ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
Desirable:
Background in the Solar and Battery industry is a big plus!
