JOB DESCRIPTION
Project Manager ensures that plans are executed properly in timely manner and within budget. Responsible for overseeing projects, plans, monitors progress & keep the top management & clients well informed.
Manage all aspects of the company's projects from inception to completion/post-completion, including preparing calculations, designs, reports & work specifications;
Developing, preparing and implementing project plans/schedules, budgets & forecasts; selecting materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors; site visits and meetings with clients and vendors.
Promote continuous quality monitoring and improvement on projects.
Monitor quality standards and practices.
Communicate with the team, clients and top management.
Conduct meetings and prepare reports
Resolves operational problems, minimize delays and implement safety efforts.
 
JOB QUALIFICATION
Candidate must be a licensed CIVIL ENGINEER.
with relevant project management construction experience of more than 5 years.
proven works as Project Manager.
Experience in DPWH projects is a plus.
Knowledgeable in MS Office, AUTOCAD & other related engineering applications.
Team player, results oriented and attentive to details.
excellent analytical skills.
Can handle a team and deal with contractors and sub-con.
Can handle multipled/simultaneous projects at a time.
