JOB DESCRIPTION
The candidate shall be doing the following:
Manpower Reporting
Material Scheduling
Site Management
Site Documentations
Guide and Lead Workers
Project Coordination
Estimates
Shopdrawings
Other work related to Construction
JOB QUALIFICATION
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor/ College degree in Civil Engineering.
Preferably with at least 3 years working experience in related field.
Must be a licensed engineer.
Hands on experience with developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability.
Ability to keep track of multiple projects.
Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
Highly analytical - detailed oriented and independent.
With good leadership.
Great written and verbal communication skills.
Can work under pressure and can work well with peers.
Willing to travel within Misamis Oriental.
Can work immediately.
