We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the planning, execution, and completion of projects within our organization. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget and managing customer projects for apps, websites, design projects or software projects.
 
Qualifications:
Can conduct project kickoff meetings to communicate project goals, roles, and responsibilities to team members.
-Identify project resource needs and allocate resources effectively to ensure project success.
Knows how to monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as needed to optimize project performance.
Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and critical path analyses.
Monitor project progress against milestones and deadlines, identifying and addressing potential delays or issues.
Implement strategies to keep projects on track and minimize schedule deviations.

good English communication skills
-ability to handle irate customers
ability to handle customer facing communications such as outbound calls regarding customer projects
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and testing, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
