Basic Job Requirements
The Role:
We are looking for talented and skilled Project Managers to join our Company.
The Project Manager has responsibility of all related project activities and establishing a course of action within limits of company practices and guidelines. The Project Manager performs the essential job duties and functions as listed below to deliver the project to the baseline that complies with the contract and ensures the safety, quality, value, timelines and Fluor profitability. The Project Manager leads small to large sized projects including engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) or services project.
Preferred Qualifications
Basic Job Requirements:
. Accredited degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study
. Chartered Engineering Status CEng is preferred
. Significant and proven experience of project management experience, in project operations as a design or construction engineer
. Successful performance as Project Manager on small to medium sized projects or in significant positions on large to very large sized EPCM projects
. Successful performance in a project engineering position on a medium or large-sized project
. Flexible and willingness to travel to project sites
. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
. Proven experience of working with Clients, project team members, management, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
. Experience with Scrum, Lean, Agile Methodologies or willingness to learn in practice
