As a Project Manager, your task involves managing and overseeing sales projects, coordinating sales teams, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies.
This is a full-time role, Night Shift, and on a Work from Home set-up.

QUALIFICATIONS:
With at least 3+ years of relevant experience as a Project Manager
With experience in using ASANA, Method, Dropbox, Microsoft Suite
Expert at Risk Management & able to Anticipate and Mitigate Risks
Ability to Manage Multiple Projects & Timelines at the Same Time
Able to articulate and document project goals and tactics
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Workflow:
Dedicated Project Manager to at least one Enterprise Sales Person.
The project Manager will be asked to assist the sales team based on opportunities workflow.
Attend Enterprise Sales Person client meetings when needed or required.
Respond to client requests on behalf of the Enterprise Sales Person when needed.
Hold daily meetings or check-ins with your Enterprise Sales Person on project updates.
Receive detailed design & production briefs from the salesperson and be responsible for putting brief into appropriate tools (Dropbox, ASANA) and ensure follow-up of the tasks allocation
Researching products based on the sales brief and communicating all relevant information to the salesperson (in relation to the brief and its completeness and/or the products)
Creating presentations based on deliverables to the client from the salesperson
Create financial sheets and sales orders on behalf of the sales team in a timely fashion
Create and maintain comprehensive and organized project documentation
Establish and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams including production, design, sales, legal, and finance
Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and cost and alert appropriate teams including the Sales Person of potential time and /or price adjustments to be negotiated, if any.
Product knowledge:
Maintains in-depth knowledge of products, services, and capabilities
Strong knowledge of different tools (ASANA, Method, Dropbox, Microsoft Suite)
Responsible for ensuring the sales team has appropriate product and service knowledge for their meetings
Assist Head of Sales Support:
Support with administrative and sales operations tasks
Prepares daily touch bases and/or reports on projects and flags potential issues to Head of Sales Support (i.e. production delays, incorrect sample, shipping issues, risk of increased cost, etc.)
Assist in implementing service offerings such as fulfillment, online store capabilities, and ad-hoc services
Reports any best practices or key topics to be addressed
