A Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing projects to ensure the successful completion of the project.
• Experience in building structures, particularly involving steel structures and railway station construction.
• Oversees and monitors the daily work operations and overall progress in the job site.
• Collaborates with engineers, architects, etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
• Communicate and cooperate with owners, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to promote the better implementation of the project
• Plans all construction operations and schedules intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
• Reviews the project to determine if everything is done according to plan.
• Develops a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Supervises the work of laborers, mechanics, etc., and guides them when needed.
• Evaluates progress and prepares detailed reports regarding the status of the job site.
• Performs other related tasks from time to time as instructed.
• Accepted Applicant will be assigned to Project Site - MRT 7, Quezon City
Requirements
Minimum education level: Vocational
5 years of experience
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Time Management, Engineering
