Job description
Responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines that projects involve. You will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or equivalent.
With license
Knowledgeable in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project
Knowledgeable in Design Planning, Wiring Diagram, Schematic Diagram, Network Diagram
Knowledgeable in PABX, Fiber Optic, Access Control and Wireless Configuration
Can communicate to any level of personnel
With good interpersonal skills and ability to adapt well to any given situation
With strong personality, willing to learn more things and open-minded on new technologies.
Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
Project management and supervision skills
Preferably with experience in high rise building construction industry and auxiliary systems such as: FDAS, BGM/PA, CCTV, CATV, Data/Voice, Access Control, Traffic Lights, Parking Barrier and BMS Systems.
Decision making ability and leadership skills
Time management and organization skills
Duties:
Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests.
Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
