To report directly to the SR. PROJECT DIRECTOR either by writing or personal appearance on a periodic basis as to progress of the works on technical, financial and social aspects such as but not limited to topics as follows: - Progress Accomplishment for each Phase of works - Project Requirements (Materials, Manpower, Machine & Money) - Project Billings - Problems encountered and Proposed Solutions/Recommendations - Implementation of Cost Control System - Project Highlights - Proposed Project Development - Social Responsibilities To attend scheduled construction meetings. Handles the direction of well-disciplined staff to achieve a common goal. To faithfully perform all items of works and its intended purpose as called for in the plans, specifications, bill of quantities, variation/changes/additional work as directed by our client.. To discuss 'for action' items that needs top management decision To initiate and assert thru proper coordination and protocol to the concern department for the resources needed to undertake a particular works. To accomplish top management instruction as directed.
