Minimum Requirements With overall Application Maintenance and Support experience of 5 years and 12 years in IT Experience in Service Management Experience in interpreting business needs of users and translating them into technical requirements Strong analytical skills Knowledgeable in both theoretical and practical aspects of project management as well as project management techniques and tools Demonstrated experience and expertise in planning and monitoring processes for IT projects Experienced in project planning, risk management, conflict management and people management, having worked with technical teams and driving initiatives/work across multiple areas from solution development perspective Understands application programming, database and system design especially for software solution delivery Strong verbal communication skills Experience in working with team members in different time zones and locations Well versed with software development life cycles and software release processes Adaptable, able to work across diverse teams and functions across multiple cultures Quick learner, able to develop subject matter skills Being able to manage multiple projects at the same time Responsibilities Work with the team in fulfilling the commitments and deliverables in the Statement of Work (SOW) in terms of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Proactively monitor teams and worked closely with those with challenges, clearing the challenge and making sure that the project stay in good state Monitor availability of 24X7 Teams and ensure that shifts are always manned Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for every issue and escalations that happens analyzing the cause and putting up preventive actions Manage onboarding of new resources ensuring quick ramp up Plan and work on the team cross training to ensure a sound back-up plan Makes recommendations for improvement and looks for growth opportunities on the engagement Works with higher management and the team to facilitate the internal review of processes and project engagements Develops trusted relationships across the business to facilitate open dialogue and identifies the communication needs of each stakeholder group, ensuring engagement and obtaining formal agreement from relevant stakeholders on scope, requirements and delivery Identify risks and dependencies all throughout the duration of the project and work with the higher management and team on risk mitigation. Ensures that risks are documented, effectively managed and communicated. Ensure that all project deliverables are delivered on-time, within scope and of quality Develop a detailed project plan and monitor and track progress Work closely with higher management on product implementation and roadmap Outline development efforts and set expectations with stakeholders Ensure necessary changes and enhancements are implemented and documented as per product standards and guidelines
