AV-over-IP (AVoIP) using Dante-enabled products ensures interoperability between AV devices and allows end-user to enjoy high-quality flexible solutions-typically with a lower total cost of ownership Job Summar y: Audinate is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and manage the delivery of various streams of products, IT systems, and services. You will have a technical background and be experienced working within an Agile framework . Additionally, this role requires you to be an intermediary and facilitator , between different business functions and across multiple levels within the organization. Responsibilities: Assume responsibility for all aspects of product delivery , following project approval through to the launch and general availability of the product. Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to facilitate planning and coordination of activities , taking corrective action as required, to ensure projects are delivered as agreed. Identify and work towards the removal of roadblocks that impede progress. Management of contracts and/or engagements with external vendors, including project budget and cost. Maintain awareness and functional knowledge of common project management tools, including Jira. Actively identify and manage risks, perform impact assessments, and develop mitigation plans for project activities under management. Stakeholder communication and reporting on project progress Requirements 2+ years' experience managing the successful delivery of information technology projects. Bachelor's degree in IT or related field. Experience working within any Agile framework. Experience using Jira, Confluence, SharePoin t, and/or any other project management tools. Ability to multi-task and context switch in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, yet maintain focus on the most important tasks and responsibilities at hand. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work effectively with teams based in different locations and time zones. Demonstrated initiative, creativity, and problem-solving skills. The following will be highly regarded: Certification in Project Management. Experience working within a Scaled Agile Framework, using Program Increment-based planning. Proven experience managing delivery of business-wide technology changes.
