The CGI Payments program is a distributed team which offers multiple payment solutions to the market, such as payment processing, settlement and clearing. The APS Managed Services Team is looking for an experienced Project Manager to plan and lead both large and small projects. This role must be located within proximity of a U.S CGI Office. Your future duties and responsibilities: . Execute solid project management practices . Manage the profitability of the project, continuous analysis of project financials, statistics, client and product level reporting to keep track of client behavior, market, operations, product and compliance towards functionality changes . Deliver all status, financial and client reporting on a predetermined basis . Maintain all schedules with accurate status, resources and costing information . Ability to manage one or more projects or initiatives concurrently in an effective manner . Support strong interaction with Managed Services, as well internal teams supporting Managed Services program . Flexible work hours Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . Minimum of 5 years project management experience . Exceptional project management skills . Ability to demonstrate problem resolution and analytical skills with demonstrable financial management judgement with a consistent track record of delivery projects on time and on budget . Excellent communication skills, both written and oral and along with outstanding leadership skills supported by a strong background in project management . Industry knowledge of payment processes and core banking product knowledge is a plus . JIRA/Confluence and MS Project . MS Office Suite- Excel, PowerPoint and Word. . Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required . A motivated self-starter that is able to work independently, in teams and projects with limited supervision . Strong Project Management Skills is a fast paced and complex environment with consistent record in handling financial reporting, ensuring projects are being run to budget and delivering to contractual timelines . Experience in sizing estimations and scope requirements to build into contractual client documents. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Experience working with remote teams to deliver projects along with experience in understanding technical and business issues with the skills for problem solving issues that could arise . Waterfall experience . Project Management Professional (Active PMP Certification or equivalent experience) Est.
