This role is based in Houston, Texas. Your future duties and responsibilities: . Agree and deliver a body of work, organized into programmes, projects, and workstreams to agreed time, cost, quality, risk, and benefit profiles, delivered within Organization standards and controls framework. . Proactively analyze variances against a plan to assess trends threatening agreed scope, time, cost, and quality commitments. Identify signs that a project may be at risk and take appropriate action. . Engage internal and external stakeholders such as users, customers, or suppliers to fully benefit from the delivered products, services, and changes. . Develop and execute appropriate change and engagement. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . 2-4 yrs. Experience with a full lifecycle of a project with PDF (Project Delivery Framework) or equivalent experience. . 5-10 yrs. Experience implementing new IT solutions/tools. . 5-10 yrs. Experience running agile projects end to end for implementing IT solutions. . Experience in Finance tools implementation. . Experience in RPA (Robotics Process automation) experiences. . Program and project delivery skills in both agile and waterfall methodologies. Skills & Experience . Show substantial personal drive to get things done. . Strong stakeholder management and requirements elicitation skillsets. . Ability to communicate concisely and clearly . Proficiency in writing user stories, and acceptance criteria. . Experience analyzing the alignment between business requirements and system capabilities . Strong interpersonal and influencing skills. . Self-starter who can drive initiatives and is a team player. . Strong interpersonal skills, communication, presentational skills, and stakeholder engagement. .
