As project manager, they will be responsible for planning, execution, to delivery of these new products to market in scope, on schedule, and within budget targets. Responsibilities Responsible for the development of Medical Imaging products until release to market managing end-to-end product development which may include IC's, software, algorithms, and hardware. Develop a complete project management plan and optimize development efficiency. Holds teams accountable and proactively identifies risk to the project execution. Ensure that project team members are aware of key milestone commitments and all critical information and changes relating to the project through project team meetings and other communication channels. Communicates actively with engineering staff directors, product managers and others on the technology group resourcing plan. Tracks and reports project execution. Help to develop improved and more efficient methods of project execution and knowledge management. Advocate Project Management within ADI. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent discipline. Track record leading successful system level product developments with cross functional teams, including IC's, hardware, software and algorithms. Certification in project management is an added advantage. Excellent communication & listening skills in both oral and written at any level of the organization. Skilled in Microsoft Office, project management software and other productivity tools is an advantage. For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
