About The Role:
Sterling is looking to hire a Project Manager in our Client & Sales Operations department, where we provide optimized systems, solutions, communications, training, and deployment to our field teams who grow our business and retain client relationships. This specific role will join our CS Optimization team. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and driving improvement initiatives related to simplification and optimization of processes related to client success and support functions. This position is responsible for providing exceptional analysis, project management, training, guidance, standards, policies and procedures to enable client-facing teams to effectively and efficiently support our clients.
This Is What You'll Do:
Identify the most impactful processes with the greatest opportunity for simplification and efficiency
Drive analysis of "current state" processes and develop "to be state" (future optimal state)
Develop requirements and successfully work with Systems team to agree on and implement a technical solution
Ensure continuous improvement to existing processes
Develop and deliver presentations, training sessions and demos
Build and maintain relationships across the organization to ensure that Client & Sales Operations successfully implements systems and processes that are well-used by the field
Serve as a Project Manager expert to provide guidance and coaching to peer groups and project team resources
Lead change management efforts across the department and organization to ensure project and program success
Monitor key performance indicators across projects for tracking and reporting purposes
Ensure that all intellectual capital generated through project work is effectively captured for continual learning and improvement.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.
This Is The Job For You If You Have:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management
Degree in engineering, process improvement, Six Sigma or related field
PMI PMP Certification preferred
Experience managing and deploying initiatives independently
Strong process / process flow oriented approach to program/project management and problem solving
Focus on optimization and simplification of processes (automated and manual)
Strong analytical skills to perform root cause analysis and process improvement opportunity identification
Proven customer expectation management skills
Ability to establish and maintain solid relationships across internal and external customers
Advance knowledge and expertise in program/project management, portfolio management
Experience leading projects with a geographically distributed team
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strong Excel skills
Ability to take ownership of problems and anticipate issues by taking proactive action
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in call/service centers (desired)
Experience working with Salesforce CRM (desired)
