This is an exciting opportunity to work with CGI's Global Banking and Financial Services practice to help innovate and deliver market leading solutions! You will be exposed to and work with seasoned client personnel in helping them satisfy critical business objectives. In the role of Project Manager, you would be responsible for the successful delivery of projects to budget, contract requirements and customer satisfaction. Your future duties and responsibilities: Lead the execution of a Strategic Wealth Management Program through establishing a strong working relationship with key partners, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services, and bringing the "best of CGI" to address client challenges. Lead project teams in a professional manner, exhibiting outstanding leadership and accountability. Establish and implement project charter and project management plan. Define and prepare Program work plan applying Agile concepts. Facilitate workshops, build and deliver strong presentations and reporting to communicate with the client. Complete various activities to deliver projects using the project plan, work plan, risk log, communication plan, issue logs and resolution as well as manage change requests Lead all aspects of scope, duration, budget and profitability of the program. Build a diverse and dynamic team, provide input on resourcing and coordinate with global sourcing team. Chair governance structure and decision-making processes of the CGI led Operations Committees. Participate in pre-sale/ Business Development activities. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: 10+ years of Program Management experience delivering end-to-end sophisticated solutions. 5+ years delivering Agile Programs. Excellent leadership skills, the ability to manage and coordinate with global teams delivering sophisticated services. Significant consulting experience in customer-facing engagements. Ability to own the end-to-end flow and communicate each teams role\part\deliverables\timelines\impacts. Understanding of DevOps tools. Strong presentation skills, both verbal and written.
