Job Description
Ensure delivery of a complete project to Operating Companies from inception to completion
Coordinate with CS teams, Scripting, DP, Charting, regional and local PM, RM, fieldwork coordinator, media team for seamless execution of the projects.
Take accountability of deadlines - actively escalate and seek help if timings are not being met
Report any problems that arise on the projects, and be aware of the troubleshooting steps and action taken
Proactively lists all the relevant internal and external information that will be required for the project design/setup and alerts local account team to these needs
Use their knowledge of sampling and fieldwork challenges in different markets to recommend appropriate solutions/methodologies when required for non-standard projects
Produces the project plan and relevant timelines and ensure that all stakeholders have access/are notified of timelines
Ensure that project scope is monitored and adhered to as per SoW
Executes project plans to ensure timely and accurate delivery of outcomes as per agreed design tool, timing and budget given
Ensures accuracy and consistency against spec on questionnaires, scripts, code frames and all deliverables by paying exceptional attention to detail
Lead / Attend kick off meetings, review meetings, regular status calls and provide regular project status updates, handling queries, supporting and guiding all relevant teams.
Job Qualification
Basic knowledge of Marketing Research
Knowledge of the types of Marketing Research
Understanding and designing tools
Marketing Research Process: Sampling, quotas, targets, etc.
Understanding of the Marketing Research process: Field, Coding, Script, DP, PM, CS
