Job Description
Manages and Controls all Resources such as Manpower, Equipment, Materials and other resources utilized in the projects.
Manage the site team, subcontractors and suppliers;
Develop and maintain the project schedule;
Complete all project deliverable;
Conduct project meetings with client and subcontractors/suppliers;
Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans;
Manage project progress claims;
Compile regular reports regarding safety, schedule and production for the Project Executive;
Maintain strong relationships with clients, designers and consultants
Prepares bar chart schedules of all Existing projects.
Prepares and Closes RFI's
Proficient in Reading Erection plan For structural Erection
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineer; Licensed is a plus.
8 year's extensive experience as a Project Manager of construction projects;
Thorough understanding of Lump Sum and Design Build contracts;
Strong leadership qualities;
Excellent time management and organizational skills;
Detailed knowledge of cost control;
Computer proficient and the ability to adapt to new innovations and processes;
Strong written, communication and problem solving skills;
Strong math/accounting and estimating skills;
Strong Knowledge in Structural Erection
