Description
The role will be responsible in supporting a start-up company in the areas of project management, system analysis, quality assurance, troubleshooting and documentation.
The candidate must have at least gained significant and related experiences in web development and design projects. More importantly, proven leadership and management experience is preferred as one of the key responsibilities is to work with, supervise and communicate with team of developers and technical directors of the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Technical troubleshooting, researching technical issues to find the correction solution to a project.
- Articulating technical requirements to a team of developers.
- Technical concept development.
- Writing technical specifications documents.
- Reading strategy documents and interpreting into the correct outcomes for the project.
- Completing tasks on time and on budget.
- Being directed by the Technical Director and other senior staff.
- Collaborating and sharing knowledge with others.
- Reading strategy documents and understanding the requirements of them.
- Producing work according to the strategy document and project plans.
- Quality assurance of own work and others work where appropriate.
- Manage a team of developers of different skill levels.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or equivalent course
- Strong background in Web Development tools specifically HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP and WordPress.
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written is a must
- Fast learner and can learn new software easily
- Background in System and Workflow Documentation
- Have exceptional attention to detail
- Background in Quality Assurance or Application Testing
- Knowledge and experience in the ff.

- Willing to work in an outsourcing company
- Willing to work/migrate in Clark, Pampanga
