JOB PURPOSE
Primarily responsible on overseeing the project assigned up to the completion within a specific deadline. This role is also responsible to meet the target deadlines, assigning of responsibilities to each teams and submitting reports to the upper management regarding the status of the project.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Interface with clients to ensure deliverables will fall within the applicable scope and budget.
• Managing of OSP works from planning, designing, implementation and evaluation.
• Prepares and submits reports for upper management regarding the status of the project.
• Coordinates and evaluates the sub-contractors and OSP suppliers regarding the services and materials related to the project.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and coordinates with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
• Delegation of project tasks to junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
• Monitors project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Creates, evaluates and determines monthly sales and expenditures.
• Makes consolidated report of project site development, performance and profitability/loss.
• Responsible for timely completion of project close-out documentations identifying project lessons learned, project cost variances and causes, project schedule variances and causes, project performance accuracy and customer satisfaction
• Records and file circular documentations and operation's reports.
• Performs other duties may be assigned or as required by the Management.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 5
Language(s): English ,Tagalog
Knowledge: Project management, Engineering
